The inter-dimensional (ok, how else can you explain half of the characters?) West Academy is named after its founder, Headmaster E. West. It is he who decided that it would be better to select only those of element powers over those with other powers (such as telekinesis or telepathy). He also started the four houses but two or three years into his position of running the school, he noticed that twenty positions weren’t enough to select the best students so he allowed for another color to be added, green. A year later, he got a better idea and removed the green color but added two more houses, Flowers and Valentine. After yet another two years he decided to close one of the houses down due to the lack of use, Valentine. Valentine stayed close with special exceptions as when a visiting school came over to visit or other miscellaneous stuff.

Two hundred years later, a woman named Finch took the position of a headmistress. She decided to reopen the house Valentine for a reason she was trying desperately to keep a secret. The main rumor was that she was trying to increase the class size and in a way, she was. It wasn’t until the forms were mailed that the secret was out. She had decided to break tradition and invite other, non-elemental children to the school. The majority of those who went or know of people who went to the school were upset. Who was she to think that she had the right to break tradition. But of course, there always is those that gladly accepted the change. The only real concern is what will happen to those students who don’t have elemental magic? Will the other students hate them or accept them as just another group of students?
